Red Bull Petranboard, which will be organized for the first time by Red Bull, will be held on February 25. Petranboarders will compete to finish first on the 175-meter-long competition track that will be built on the hillside.
According to the statement made by the company, the festivities, which have been organized in cooperation with İkizdere District Governorship, Meşe Village Headman’s Office and Petran Association since 2008, will start in Meşe Village on Sunday, February 25, under the name of Red Bull Petranboard this year.
The name Petranboard, which the people of Meşe village have used to reach other settlements from the village during the winter months since the 1600s, was given by American snowboarder Jeremy Jones. In Red Bull Petranboard, participants will fight to be the fastest and most talented in Meşe village.
